• This plan is valid only for 1 person and for 1 year only.
• Purpose of this plan is to give you an experience of 32 PEARLS^® services and to promote dental hygiene and reduce the dental problems, as well as the expenses & damages related with those problems in future.
• All the visits are through prior appointments only.
• This plan is for one person only & cannot be transferred to other person.
• Things not used during 1 year period from issue date cannot be transferred or carried forward further, nor can be reimbursed in any way.
• 1000 rupees voucher is to be used during 1 year period only and if not used during 1 year, then it cannot be transferred or carried forward further nor can be reimbursed in any way.
• This plan is valid across all centers of 32 PEARLS^®.
• Amount paid for plan is nontransferable and nonrefundable.
